Nicholas is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional talent solutions across a range of industries. With more than 150 testimonials from clients and candidates, he is widely recognised for his commitment to communication, transparency, and integrity.
Throughout his career, Nicholas has successfully worked with top-tier recruitment firms and held senior in-house Talent Acquisition roles for leading organisations in sectors such as Technology (SaaS, HCM), Sports—large scale events, FinTech, Human Resources and talent Management, and beyond.
His broad industry expertise and proven ability to execute 360-degree recruitment strategies ensure he consistently exceeds expectations.
Nicholas’s drive to innovate and elevate the recruitment experience led to the founding of Brilliantin Recruitment, a firm focused on redefining how businesses connect with top global talent.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Nicholas loves quality time with his family, has a passion for golf (with an impressive handicap of 2), and appreciates the art of humour everywhere he goes!

Linda Bryant
Linda is the strategic backbone of Brilliantin Recruitment. She works tirelessly with our dynamic resourcing team, ensuring that they remain motivated, engaged, and focused on the individual needs of our clients so that the longlists they deliver to the Talent Directors are on target and ready to be further explored before shortlisting. This is a crucial piece of the Brilliantin formula and ensures that the client’s needs are met throughout the recruitment process.
In addition to leading a total of six in the resourcing team, Linda also keeps a keen eye on market trends, which allows her to accurately set goals within the organisation to promote the growth of the business. Her strong financial background gives her real and effective insight into budget forecasting, which she greatly uses when developing plans and strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Linda is the definition of an Operations Director and embodies the ethos, work ethic, and dedication that have come to define the Brilliantin Recruitment brand. Amazingly, she does all this while raising two children, looking after the family dogs, and squeezing in the occasional Netflix binge. Where the energy comes from, we will never know.
